We are looking for:
- An admin manager who deals with the IT systems and does all the weekday admin including producing the packing reports and invoices ready for the Saturday food drop
- 2 or 3 food drop managers who manage the Saturday work on a rota basis – maybe with one core manager and a couple of cover managers.
The admin manager would need to get familiar with the current system, learn the new OFN system, run the 2 systems in parallel until we were happy with them and then train the food drop managers in OFN so they could provide holiday/sickness cover for the admin manager when necessary.
