Producers
Producers are people or organisations who sell produce via the foodhub. Please read the Producer Joining form, fill in your answers at the end then email it to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we will join you up as a producer. There is no joining fee for producers, but we do retain 8% of any sales you make through Stroudco
Once you are registered as a producer you will receive a welcome pack and you can then start to add your produce to the foodhub and specify your product availability for different distribution days. You can sell as much or as little as you like by entering a stock level for each product. You can choose to trade only for certain weeks and not others.
Please phone Lynsey on 0845 330 6340 if there is anything in the joining form that concerns you or that you are not sure about. We will try to make it as easy as possible to sell your produce through Stroudco.

We do ask that our producers are registered as a food business. The food safety requirements for a kitchen are reasonable and most home kitchens easily meet them. For more details please click on this link Running_a_Food_Business_from_Home1.pdf or food_registration.asp.htm
For eco friendly disposable food packaging please see Vegware
We want to encourage peole to sell their allotment surpluses through Stroudco. This is acceptable within allotment regulations as long as you are only selling surpluses and not growing mainly for sale. Here is more detail on this Selling allotment produce - the law
