Stroudco Food Hub is a not-for-profit social enterprise set up as a co-operative of food producers (both small and large) and food consumers. We want trading to be a good deal for you as well as a good deal for the consumer members and we will discuss how you price your products so that everyone benefits.
Whatever price we agree, you will receive 92% of the selling price, the remaining 8% will help to cover Stroudco’s running costs.
You will be able to set up your products on the Stroudco website and specify a stock level (so if you only want to sell 2 jars of jam, we will make sure we only take that many orders). You can also choose which weeks you trade.
On a Thursday morning we will send you a list of what we have sold for you that week. You then need to deliver those products to us by 10.30am on the Saturday to Parliament School on Bisley Old Road. We will pay you immediately by cheque or bank transfer.
