Stroudco Food Hub is a not-for-profit grocer bringing together an ever-expanding and exclusive range of local artisan food and drinks delivered to your door. We keep our prices low by;
- being a not-for-profit organisation
- having no retail shop. All orders are made on-line
- holding minimal stock (most produce is delivered to order).
- having only one part-time paid person who is a mum at the school.
Stroudco aims to give a better deal to people who produce food and people who eat it than the supermarkets do. Some of our food prices are more than 10% less than retail prices.
Stroudco is now trading every week.
It costs nothing to set up a Stroudco account - you just need to enter your contact details and choose a password. You can then start ordering immediately. You just pay £1 per order to help cover running costs. Alternatively you can set up a standing order for £2 per month and order as often as you like without paying an ordering fee.
There are lots of ways of paying for your Stroudco order. You can pay when you collect your order on Saturday. Another option is to set up a standing order to make a monthly payment into your Stroudco account which you can then use to spend on local food and drink listed on the website. You can also pay for produce by cheque, cash or bank transfer or PayPal (which adds a 4% surcharge).
Stroudco also accepts Healthy Start vouchers.
